Inclusion Criteria

  • •Asymptomatic individuals with no pain in cervical and shoulder region
  • •Presence of unilateral latent trigger points on levator scapulae muscle
  • •Practicing recreational sports like gym, yoga, swimming

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Any pain in head, neck and shoulder region
  • •Any postural defects
  • •Any neurological symptoms in the upper limb
  • •Any musculoskeletal conditions
  • •Any surgery in and around shoulder and cervical region
  • •Professional sports players
