入选标准
- •Adults of American society of Anaesthesiology physical status I/II aged 18 to 60 years undergoing laparoscopic surgeries
排除标准
- •1. Patients already on treatment with anti-emetics, steroid medication,or any other drug known to cause emesis currently or in the immediate past
- •2.Patients with known hypersensitivity to Aprepitant, Ramosetron or Dexamethasone
- •3.Pregnant or nursing mothers
- •4.Hepatic, renal or cardiac insufficiency
- •5.Vomiting within 24 hours before surgery or of any organic etiology
