入选标准

  • •1Aged18 -75 year
  • •2ASA physical status I - III
  • •3Defining CRS + bilateral FESS

排除标准

  • •1Patients with clinically significant cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic or neurologic disease.
  • •2Allergy to bupivacaine, lidocaine, or epinephrine
  • •3Potentially increased anesthetic or analgesic requirements (e.g. chronic alcohol or opioid use)
  • •4Taking over the-counter pain medications within 48 hours of scheduled surgery
  • •5Patients who are unable to understand the questionnaires or the visual analog scale (VAS) pain scores
  • •7Patient requiring additional procedures involving septum, rhino or turbinate were excluded
