Inclusion Criteria
1Aged18 -75 year
2ASA physical status I - III
3Defining CRS + bilateral FESS
Exclusion Criteria
1Patients with clinically significant cardiovascular, pulmonary, hepatic or neurologic disease.
2Allergy to bupivacaine, lidocaine, or epinephrine
3Potentially increased anesthetic or analgesic requirements (e.g. chronic alcohol or opioid use)
4Taking over the-counter pain medications within 48 hours of scheduled surgery
5Patients who are unable to understand the questionnaires or the visual analog scale (VAS) pain scores
6Pregnancy
7Patient requiring additional procedures involving septum, rhino or turbinate were excluded
