Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria: Parturients, ASA physical status I-II, scheduled for elective cesarean section, under general anesthesia
Exclusion Criteria
Allergy to fentanyl or remifentanil, atopia, diabetes mellitus, presence of liver or kidney diseases, drugs abuse, presence of complicated pregnancy such as hypertension or preeclampsia

Name Time Method ausea intensity. Timepoint: at recovery, 4, 8, 12 and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Visual Analogous Scale (VAS) and scoring from 0 to 10.;Frequency of PONV. Timepoint: at recovery, 4, 8, 12 and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: counting.
