Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients aged between 18 and 65 years of age, male or female;
  • 2\. Meeting the diagnosis of diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome;
  • 3\. Patients voluntarily sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Patients with previous organic lesions of the gastrointestinal tract such as ulcers and tumours;
  • 2\) Diseases affecting gastrointestinal tract dynamics such as thyroid and diabetes mellitus;
  • 3\) Serious systemic diseases such as heart, liver, kidney, lung and blood;
  • 4\) Patients with mental and psychological diseases and related medical history;
  • 5\) Patients with significant medical history of gastrointestinal surgery;
  • 6\) Patients who are planning to be pregnant, pregnant women and breastfeeding;
  • 7\) Patients with severe skin lesions in the auricular region and absence of the auricle.
