Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Patients age 18 \- 80 years
  • •2\)Patients falling under category ASA 1 and ASA 2
  • •3\)Duration of surgery less than 2 hours

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Emergency surgeries
  • •2\.History of difficult intubation
  • •3\.Difficult intubation requiring more than two attempts
  • •4\.Pre existing Sore throat, Hoarseness of voice
  • •5\. Patients falling under category ASA 3 and ASA 4
  • •6\.Duration of surgery more than 2 hours
  • •7\.Age less than 18 years
  • •8\. Patients with Pre operative sore throat
