入选标准
- •Patients with unilateral ureteral stones
- •Normal creatinine, no leukocytosis
- •mild to moderate hydronephrosis in ultrasound
- •Absence of other obstructing stones in any part of the urinary system
排除标准
- •Patients with stones in other parts of the urinary system (except non-obstructing stones of the calyces)
- •impacted stones :Obstructive ureteral stone that, during ureteroscopy, instead of passing through the stone, the ureteral catheter sticks around itself and the stent does not pass through the stone.
- •history of seizures
- •patients with a history of alcohol and drug use
- •heart failure
- •systemic fungal or viral infection
