Inclusion Criteria

Patients with unilateral ureteral stones
Normal creatinine, no leukocytosis
mild to moderate hydronephrosis in ultrasound
Absence of other obstructing stones in any part of the urinary system

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with stones in other parts of the urinary system (except non-obstructing stones of the calyces)
impacted stones :Obstructive ureteral stone that, during ureteroscopy, instead of passing through the stone, the ureteral catheter sticks around itself and the stent does not pass through the stone.
history of seizures
patients with a history of alcohol and drug use
heart failure
systemic fungal or viral infection
