1.singleton live gestation
2.Gestational age between 19 to 23+0 weeks
3.After obtaining informed written consent
Exclusion Criteria
1.Chronic hypertensive and gestational hypertension
2.Diagnosed congenital anomalies
3.Known case of Cardiac diseases
4.Known case of thromboembolic disorders on T.Ecospirin
5.Ocular conditions like infections,trauma ,tumors
