A total of 43 patients participated in this study. The IMB model-based integrated self-management program (mobile health intervention) was effective in improving the self-management, self-efficacy, and non-motor symptom in patient with parkinson disease. However, there was no effect on motor symptoms and quality of life.

入选标准

•1. Patients diagnosed with Parkinson's disease by a neurologist and who have motor fluctuations
•2. Those who have not participated in self-management programs in the last 2 months
•3. Those with no cognitive impairment and no communication difficulties with MMSE (Mini-mental State Examination) score of 20 or higher

排除标准

•1. Patients with suspected atypical parkinsonism
•2. Patients with other diseases (chronic kidney disease, heart disease, cancer, etc.) that may affect quality of life, non-motor symptoms and self-management
