Inclusion Criteria
1.age 25-60 year-old
2.Positive for impaired well being screened by 5 items self satisfaction score (Diener et al)
Exclusion Criteria
1.active seriously illness ie. active cancer, symptomatic organ failure, HIV and severe psychological illness. (
2. Unable to attend the complete two 3days-retreat residential program.
