- •Head and neck cancer patients undergoing major surgery
- •Age 18-75 years
排除标准
- •Previous head and neck surgery
- •Previous head and neck radiation
- •Poor liver function(Total bilirubin > 3.5 mg/dl)
- •Poor renal function (Serum creatinine > 2.5 mg/dl)
- •Underlying immunodeficiency or taking immunosuppressive drug
- •Allergy to arginine, glutamine,fish oil, or soy protein
- •Pregnancy or breast feeding
