- •1. All patients having cardinal signs &symptoms of fistula in ano.
- •2. Methylene Blue test -without free flow at anal canal.
- •3. Age group 18-70 years
- •4. Patients of all genders.
- •5. Patient who fit for surgery.
- •6. Patient who will give written consent.
排除标准
- •1) Patient not fit for surgery.
- •2) Methylene blue test - with free flow at anal canal.
- •3) Fistula associated with active perianal abscess.
- •4) Patients with immune compromised disease and uncontrolled systemic conditions.
- •5) Patient who is not willing to give consent.
