Inclusion Criteria
1. All patients having cardinal signs &symptoms of fistula in ano.
2. Methylene Blue test -without free flow at anal canal.
3. Age group 18-70 years
4. Patients of all genders.
5. Patient who fit for surgery.
6. Patient who will give written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1) Patient not fit for surgery.
2) Methylene blue test - with free flow at anal canal.
3) Fistula associated with active perianal abscess.
4) Patients with immune compromised disease and uncontrolled systemic conditions.
5) Patient who is not willing to give consent.

Name Time Method 1. Study the efficacy of Snuhiksheeradi varti for Marga vishodhan of fistulous tract <br/ ><br>(Bhagandar Gati). <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br> 2. Study the efficacy of Snuhiksheeradi varti in assessment of internal opening of fistula.Timepoint: Snuhiksheeradi Varti (size -5cm) will be inserted slowly from external opening of fistula. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Schedule – Once in a day. <br/ ><br>Duration – 4 days <br/ ><br>Follow up – Daily (Day 1,2 and 3)

Preparation and standardization of Snuhiksheeradi varti under expert guidance of <br/ ><br>Rasa shastra department of the institute.Timepoint: Snuhiksheeradi Varti (size -5cm) will be inserted slowly from external opening of fistula. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>Schedule – Once in a day. <br/ ><br>Duration – 4 days <br/ ><br>Follow up – Daily (Day 1,2 and 3)
