Exclusion Criteria
death before arrival of emergency medicine doctor; incomplete documentation with regard to outcome parameters.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Facial scull fracture and if and how the securing of the airway took place:<br>Examination of facial scull fracture based on clinical impression of the emergency medicine doctor (crepitation during Body Check, swelling, unusual mobility, reduced or no jaw opening, bone fragments visible, anatomy changed) before arrival to the hospital and documentation in the intended protocol of the ADAC-HEMS, with following classification: no evident injury; light injury; moderately injured; serious injury; severely injured, but not life threatening; severe, life threatening injury; critical, life threatening injury; deadly injury; not classified injury.<br>If and how the securing of the airway took place is written in the emergency medicine doctor protocol. The following parameters are possible: no securing of the airway, nasal intubation, oral intubation, laryngeal mask, combitubus, surgical airway management, other, no securing of the airway.
