Iranain men and women in range of 45-75 years
Type 2 diabetic patients for at least 5 years according to the endocrinologist opinion
Patients with end stage renal disease according to the nephrologist opinion
Undergoing hemodilysis continusly
Body mass index less than 35 kilogram per meter square
History of kidney transplant surgery
Dialysis graft in lower limbs
History of cardiovascular surgery
History of pulmonary disease
History of neurologic and psycologic disease
Orthopedic limitations
Active infection
Uncontrolled hypertension (systolic blood pressure more than 140 millimeter of mercury or diastolic BP more than 90 millimeter of mercury)
