- 性别
- All
入选标准
- •1.Age of 60 years old or more
- •2.Surgical ICU patients who were intubated and on mechanical ventilation for at least 48 hours after intubation
- •3.Successfully extubation
- •4.Stable hemodynamics (MAP more than 65 mmHg) without vasopressors use at the time of enrollment
- •5.Patient is awake, alert, and able to follow commands
排除标准
- •1.Surgical procedure involving head and neck, cervical, cranial trauma, cardiothoracic surgery, neurosurgery
- •2.Surgical procedure involving GI tract that need to NPO more than 7 days
- •3.Tracheostomy
- •4.Profound deafness
- •5.Pre-existing dysphagia before underwent surgical procedure from other diseases e.g., neurological conditions: previous stroke, Parkinson disease, head& neck cancer, underwent head and neck surgery
