- •age between 45-65 years; BMI more than or equal 27; type 2 diabetes who do not inject insulin
- •Exclusion criteria: compliance of dietary recommendations less than 80%; Acute inflammatory diseases in the last 3 days before blood sampling; receiving antiinflammatory medications and multivitamin mineral supplements during the intervention
