简要总结
The population based study from India shows prevalence of Avabahuka is 10%,it is one of the disease which is painful and affects normal routine of life.so there is a need to find an alternative solution of this problem ..present study of randomized controlled trial will be carried out to study the efficacy of shashtika shali pinda swed in avabahuka with special reference to frozen shoulder. For present study subjects between age group 20-69 will be taken irrespective of the religion ,gender ,socioeconomic status. sample size found 23 but for the sake of convenience it is taken as 30,adding prevalence of 20%.Total 60 patients will be taken for the study with 30 patients in Group A(trial group) AND 30 patients in Group B(control group). shashtika shali pinda sweda is taken in Group A(trial group) and patra pinda swed is taken in GroupB (control group).trial and control drugs will be purchased from GMC certified pharmacy. procedure will be done with external application for 7 days .all SOP will be followed. all the findings will be entered in case record form .observations will be drawn before, during and after treatment .Result will be drawn with the help of statistical method .Discussion will be done on the basis of observations. summary will be drawn .conclusion will be drawn strictly on basis of statistical analysis and will be unbiased.

入选标准
- •patients having classical signs and sympyoms of Avabahuka,like pain stiffness and range of motion of shoulder joint patients of all genders age between20 to 69 years economic status all controlled diabetes mellitus.
排除标准
- •patient with history of fracture or dislocation of shoulder joint patient with traumatic infective neoplastic joint and cardiovascular disease patients having rheumatoid arthritis as well as congenital structural disorder traumatic diseases like fracture of shoulder blade or collarbone.
