Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients diagnosed with mild to moderate (VAS \< 7\.5\) chronic ( \>3 months) musculoskeletal leg pain
  • •Occupation with prolonged standing ( \>1 hour continuously or \>4 hour per day)
  • •Ability to understand and follow instructions
  • •English literacy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Severe pain with VAS \> 7\.5
  • •Leg pain due to neurogenic or vascular causes
  • •Known cases of vascular disease in leg (venous insufficiency, peripheral arterial disease, DVT etc.)
  • •Known cases of ischemic vascular \-disease, pulmonary edema, congestive heart failure.
  • •Sensory impairment in lower limb
  • •Factors affecting skin integrity (Infection, wound etc.)
  • •Massive edema or extreme deformity of the leg;
