Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients diagnosed with mild to moderate (VAS \< 7\.5\) chronic ( \>3 months) musculoskeletal leg pain
- •Occupation with prolonged standing ( \>1 hour continuously or \>4 hour per day)
- •Ability to understand and follow instructions
- •English literacy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Severe pain with VAS \> 7\.5
- •Leg pain due to neurogenic or vascular causes
- •Known cases of vascular disease in leg (venous insufficiency, peripheral arterial disease, DVT etc.)
- •Known cases of ischemic vascular \-disease, pulmonary edema, congestive heart failure.
- •Sensory impairment in lower limb
- •Factors affecting skin integrity (Infection, wound etc.)
- •Massive edema or extreme deformity of the leg;
