- •1) patients with 3 vessel disease 2) patients with left main trunk disease 3) patients with total occlusion disease 4) patients who should not undertake IVUS 5) women who are or are likely to be pregnant or nursing 6) patients whom primary investigators or sub investigators decide to exclude because of inadequacies for the study
