入选标准
- •A. At least five attacks fulfilling criteria Bâ??D.
- •B. Headache attacks lasting 4 - 72 hours (untreated or unsuccessfully treated).
- •C. Headache has at least two of the following four characteristics:
- •1. Unilateral location
- •2. Pulsating quality
- •3. Moderate or severe pain intensity
- •4. Aggravation by or causing avoidance of routine physical activity (e.g. walking or climbing stairs).
- •D. During headache at least one of the following:
- •1. Nausea and/ or vomiting.
- •2. Photophobia and/ or phonophobia.
- •E. Not better accounted for by another ICHD 3 diagnosis.
排除标准
- •1. Marked depression, anxiety, psychosis, epilepsy.
- •2. Pregnancy and lactation.
- •3. Major medical illness under treatment.
- •4. Patients with diseases requiring long term treatment.
- •5. Use of any other alternative medication during study period.
- •6. History of alcohol and drug abuse.
- •7. Diabetes mellitus since the test drug i.e. Itrifal Sanai contains sugar.
