入选标准
- •patients with laxana of parinama shola viz. pain during digestion of food along with admana, daha, hrillasa, atopa, amlodgara
- •hunger pain or night pain in the epigastric region
- •endoscopy showing ulcer in duodenum
- •forrest classification-type-3:lesion without bleeding,flat spot,clean base.
排除标准
- •patients with gastric ulcer,gastritis,duodenitis,pancreatic disease,gb disease,pyloric stenosis,urinary calculus,malignancy,oesophageal pathology,other condition of acute abdominal colic and other systemic disease.
- •patients with complications of duodenal ulcer like haemorrhage, perforation,malignancy
- •pregnancy and lactation
- •post surgical and recurrent duodenal ulcer
