Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients of age >18 and <80 years
- •ASA 1 and 2 physical status
- •Elective posterior cranial fossa (infratentorial) surgeries
Exclusion Criteria
- •ASA 3 and 4 physical status
- •Emergency craniotomy
- •Preoperative GCS < 13/15
- •Patients regularly on anti-emetics
- •Patients extubated >2h after surgery completion
