Inclusion Criteria

Patients of age >18 and <80 years

ASA 1 and 2 physical status

Elective posterior cranial fossa (infratentorial) surgeries

Exclusion Criteria

ASA 3 and 4 physical status

Emergency craniotomy

Preoperative GCS < 13/15

Patients regularly on anti-emetics

Patients extubated >2h after surgery completion
