Control Group -
1.Patients with age group of 18-50 years.
2.Patient who is ready to maintain appointments.
3.Patient requiring periodontal regenerative surgery.
4.Non-coated suture.
Test group 1-
1.Patients with age group of 18-50 years.
2.Patient who is ready to maintain regular appointments.
3.Patient requiring periodontal regenerative surgery.
4.Chlorhexidine diacetate coated suture.
Test group 2
1.Patient with age group of 18-50 years.
2.Patient who is ready to maintain regular appointments.
3.Patient requiring periodontal regenerative surgery.
4. Triclosan-coated suture.
1.Pregnant or lactating women.
2.Patients with history of systemic diseases.
3.Patients who are on antibiotics and Non-steroidal anti inflammatory analgesics.
4.Patient with any form of tobacco.
5.Patient with history of allergy to suture materials
6.Patients who have received periodontal regenerative treatment in past 6 months in same sites.
7.Patients with application of periodontal dressing post regenerative surgery.

Name Time Method 1. To quantify the colony forming units of P.gingivalis in coated and non-coated sutures in periodontalregenerative surgery at different time intervals. <br/ ><br>2. To quantify colony forming units of S. aureus in coated and non-coated sutures in periodontalregenerative surgery at different time intervals. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>3. To assess the healing in coated sutures in periodontal regenerative surgery at different time intervals. <br/ ><br> <br/ ><br>4. To assess the healing in non coated sutures in periodontal regenerative surgery at different time intervals. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 24 hours, 7 days and 14 days <br/ ><br>
