Inclusion Criteria
(1) Reach the diagnostic criteria for PHN;
(2) The age range is between 18 and 75 years;
(3) Score of VAS is greater than or equal to 4; Score of SAS and / or SDS were greater than 50;
(4) The lesions were located in the chest, lumbosacral or limbs;
(5) With clear consciousness, complete cognitive function, willing to cooperate with the experiment and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
(1) With special types of herpes zoster, such as visceral herpes zoster, meningoencephalitis, herpes zoster, etc.
(2) With severe diseases of organ and tissue system;
(3) Pregnant or lactating women;
(4) With mentally or legally unsound patients;
(5) Recently experience of other major life stress events or severe trauma.
