Utilization in health care is the consumption of services or supplies, such as the number of dental visits a person makes per year with a health care provider (Medical Dictionary 2009), it is either the first dental visit, no dental visits during a specified period, or the total expenditure of dental visits or routine care.
Barriers and Unmet needs are essential to understand and assess the prevalence of oral disease to create an oral health care environment to understand children's oral health care needs.
To ensure the patient and parent continuity of follow up satisfaction measurement is a demand.
evaluating the patients' reaction and their satisfaction with the service makes the person want to repeat this service if he feels satisfied and sometimes happy when receiving it.
Increasing parents' awareness about visiting the dental clinic to improve the quality of life of their families.
