Inclusion Criteria
1.Individuals suffering from bipolar disorder with total duration of illness atleast 2 years in euthymic phase for atleast 3 months
2. HAM-D <6 and YMRS <7
3. who gave informed written consent.
Exclusion Criteria
Individuals with cerebrovascular disease, neurodegenerative disorders, head injury with concussion, epilepsy, idiopathic Parkinsonism, systemic illness and any other organic disease and individuals with intellectual disability,received ECT during last 3 months or change or addition of new psychotropics in past 3 months and with history of substance dependence except nicotine and caffeine
