Name Time Method Expected outcome 1. Evaluate the range of motion of ankle dorsiflexion in a closed kinetic chain using the method Weight Bearing Lunge Test (WBLT), which presents the parameters in numbers (dorsiflexion angle and distance between the participant's foot and a wall);;Found outcome 1. An increase in ankle dorsiflexion range of motion was observed, verified by the Weight Bearing Lunge Test (WBLT), from the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre- and post-intervention measurements;
