A.age 18 to 85 years
B.participant with partly asthma based on the Global Initiative for Asthma guidelines 2018. (1-2 of these; in the past 4 weeks, has the patient had : (1) Daytime asthma symptoms more than twice/week (2) any night waking duet to asthma (3) reliever needed for symptoms more than twice/week and (4) any activity limitation due to asthma)
A.participant with well controlled asthma
B.participant with uncontrolled asthma
C.resting FEV1 less than 1 litre
D.diagnosed immunocompromised host, psychiatric problem, cirrhosis, chronic kidney disease, or autoimmune disease
E.regular use of oral corticosteroids, high-dose multivitamin supplements, or probiotic supplements within 3 months before screening
F.pregnancy or breast feeding
G.being a vegetarian
H.current smoking in 3 months
