Diagnosed with Subclinical hypothyroidism.
Patients willing to participate in the study and ready to provide informed consent.
Patients diagnosed with type of hypothyroidism other than Subclinical hypothyroidism.
Patients with age below 30 years and above 65 years.
Pregnant females.
Patients underwent recent thyroid surgery.
Patients used hormonal contraceptives in recent history of three months.
Alcohol and smoking addicted patients.
Patients hypersensitive to study medication and its composition.
Patients unwillingness or inability to follow the procedure outlined in protocol.
Patients who are mentally or legally incapable of understanding informed consent form.
Patients with slip disc, cervical spondylitis, severe back problems, recent surgical history are excluded in yogic intervention.

Name Time Method Changes in clinical markers of thyroid function (TSH, T4, T3). <br/ ><br>Effects of Thyrogrit ayurvedic medicine, in patients with hypothyroidism, in comparison of conventional drug. <br/ ><br>Effects of yogic practices, in patients with hypothyroidism, in comparison of conventional drug.Timepoint: Difference in clinical markers of thyroid from baseline to day 60.

Name Time Method Change in Quality of life measured with The Quality of Life (THYROID VERSION) among patients. <br/ ><br>Change in physical activities with International Physical Activity Questionnaire (Short Form) among patients. <br/ ><br>Change in five dimensions of fatigue with the help of Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory (MFI). <br/ ><br>Change in obesity measured with Body Mass Index (BMI). <br/ ><br>Change in effect of intervention on psychological well-being with Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale 21.Timepoint: Difference in thyroid related quality of life, physical activities, fatigue, body mass index and psychological well being of subclinical hypothyroid patients from baseline to day 60.
