Inclusion Criteria
Patients diagnosed with a rotator cuff tear.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Allergic to tranexamic acid, 2. Had undergone previous rotator cuff repair, 3. Irreparable rotator cuff tears, 4. Had a history of deep vein thrombosis, 5. Had a history of pulmonary embolism, 6. Had a history of stroke, 7. coronary artery disease
