Inclusion Criteria
Burn patients 18 years of age or older who are undergoing rehabilitation
-Has hypertrophic scar buildup with limited range of motion even after 1 month of physical therapy
Exclusion Criteria
-Neurological or muscular pathology: muscular dystrophy, pathological weakness, myasthenia gravis
-taking anticoagulants
-Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant
-scar infection
-a history of botulinum toxin injection
