Body Mass Index Equal and Upper than 25
Basic Literacy for reading and writing
Be Able to Use Mobile Phone
Have the Informed Satisfaction and Desire to Participate in the Study

Pregnancy and Breast Feeding
Occurrence of Stressful Events in the Last 6 Months, Such as Divorce and Death of First-Degree Relatives
Laser Hair Removal All Over the Body
Drug addiction and its history
Being Under Assisted Reproduction Methods for Pregnancy or Intend to Do It During the Research
Being Diabetic
Taking Neuroleptics in the Last 6 Months
History of Mindfulness Training
Use any Type of Weight Loss Treatment During the Study, Such as Diet Therapy and Exercise Classes
