Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients undergoing prone PCNL Operation belonging to ASA I\-II
  • •2\.Single access PCNL
  • •3\.Providing written informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Drug Allergy
  • •2\. Coagulation disorders.
  • •3\. Infection at injection site
  • •4\. Obesity (BMI \> 30Kg/m2\)
  • •5\. Significantly residual stones ( \>1 cm in diameter) after surgery and need for re\-look PCNL.
  • •6\. Solitary kidney
  • •7\. Routine antidepressant, corticosteroid, pain medications or anticonvulsant usage
  • •8\. Mental state preventing effective use of VAS score.
