- •1.Patients undergoing prone PCNL Operation belonging to ASA I-II
- •2.Single access PCNL
- •3.Providing written informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Drug Allergy
- •2. Coagulation disorders.
- •3. Infection at injection site
- •4. Obesity (BMI > 30Kg/m2)
- •5. Significantly residual stones ( >1 cm in diameter) after surgery and need for re-look PCNL.
- •6. Solitary kidney
- •7. Routine antidepressant, corticosteroid, pain medications or anticonvulsant usage
- •8. Mental state preventing effective use of VAS score.
