- Bronchiectasis,
- Restrictive pulmonary disease with dyspnea of mMRC 1 or higher is intended for patients.
- Coronary artery disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, heart failure,
* Chronic respiratory disease is based on the following criteria.
* Obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, etc.): FEV1/FVC < 0.7 or FEV1 < 80% of the normal predicted value
* Bronchiectasis: bronchiectasis confirmed in one or more lung lobes on chest CT
* Restrictive lung disease (interstitial lung disease, etc.): FVC or DLCO < 80% of the normal predicted value
* The subjects of cardiac rehabilitation are patients with coronary artery disease
(angina pectoris, myocardial infarction) and heart failure with NYHA 2 or higher dyspnea.
* Coronary artery disease: Patients who underwent reperfusion or surgery for angina pectoris or myocardial infarction
* Heart failure: Patients being treated for left ventricular insufficiency (LVEF < 50%)
- Patients who have been hospitalized due to worsening of the disease within the last 4 weeks
- Patients unable to perform the rehabilitation program provided by the app
- Patients who are not suitable for participation in the study according to the judgment of the researcher
- Patients who refused to consent to the study
