Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, restrictive pulmonary disease
- •\- Chronic respiratory disease (obstructive pulmonary disease,
- •\- Bronchiectasis,
- •\- Restrictive pulmonary disease with dyspnea of mMRC 1 or higher is intended for patients.
- •\- Coronary artery disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, heart failure,
- •\* Chronic respiratory disease is based on the following criteria.
- •\* Obstructive pulmonary disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma, etc.): FEV1/FVC \< 0\.7 or FEV1 \< 80% of the normal predicted value
- •\* Bronchiectasis: bronchiectasis confirmed in one or more lung lobes on chest CT
- •\* Restrictive lung disease (interstitial lung disease, etc.): FVC or DLCO \< 80% of the normal predicted value
- •\* The subjects of cardiac rehabilitation are patients with coronary artery disease
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Patients who have been hospitalized due to worsening of the disease within the last 4 weeks
- •\- Patients unable to perform the rehabilitation program provided by the app
- •\- Patients who are not suitable for participation in the study according to the judgment of the researcher
- •\- Patients who refused to consent to the study
