Inclusion Criteria
- •age \> 18 years; informed consent; ICD\-10 M40\-M54, E11, I25
Exclusion Criteria
- •Generic: Deficient skills in German language; deficient cognitive and physical skills to fill out the required questionnaires; consuming illnesses (neoplastic, inflammatory); on\-going early retirement proceedings, orientation disorders, psychiatric illnesses; Chronic back pain: disc surgery within the last 6 months, indication of an inflammatory or neoplastic origin, acute radicular signs of irritation, fracture; Diabetes mellitus: kidney insufficiency liable to dialysis; Chronic heart diseases: severe COPD; kidney insufficiency liable to dialysis; severe heart insufficiency (\>NYHA 2\).
