•All primary TKA/THA patients
•Patients 18 years of age and older
•All patients who own cell phones
Exclusion Criteria
•Patients requiring revision surgery
•Trauma patients (Neck of femur fractures-NOF)
•Patients who did not consent for enrolment into the study
