This study is a open label Randomized comparative clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy of Unani formulation Itrifal Ustokhuddoos and Itrifal Kishneezi 5gm daily twice a day for 6 weeks. in the patients of chronic sinusitis and comparitive evaluation of both the formulation in the said disease.
The purpose of the study is to provide safe and effective management of chronic sinusitis.

入选标准
- •Patients of either sex in age group 15 to 65 years.
- •Patients with involvement of any sinus.
- •Those who give written consent.
排除标准
- •Patients of below 15 and above 65 years of age.
- •Patients who fail to give consent.
- •Patients who fail to follow up.
- •Pregnant & lactating mothers.
- •Patients with Malignancy of the nose or paranasal sinuses.
- •Patients having history of any surgery of nose or paranasal sinuses.
- •Patient having history of trauma to nose or sinus areas.
- •Patients suffering from any congenital or acquired structural abnormality of the nasal cavity.
- •Any medical condition where researcher feels that participation in the study could be detrimental to patient’s wellbeing.
