Inclusion Criteria
Patients complaining of Lifelong PE (Patients complaining of ejaculation occurring too early at nearly every intercourse, from about the first sexual encounter onwards)
Exclusion Criteria
1. Acquired premature ejaculation due to urological dysfunction like prostatitis, thyroid dysfunction etc. (Thyroid function test will be done in clinically suspected cases)
2. Patients having Genito urinary tract infection and showing positive results for VDRL, HIV and HbsAg
