Inclusion Criteria

Inclusion criteria :
1) Men (candidate for withdraws of opioids ) with premature ejaculation to be approved by a specialist
2) At first stage of treatment by methadone for withdraws of opioids
3) Age between 20 -50 years old
4) At least from three months ago they did not receive any treatments for premature ejaculation .
Exclusion criteria are :
1) Patients with liver or kidney disorders.
2) Alcohol addicted patients
3) Patient who dose not obey from treatment pattern
