- •1.Singleton pregnancy
- •2.Spontaneous conception
- •3.10-13 weeks 6 days of gestation
- •4.Signed informed consent.
排除标准
- •1.Previous bariatric surgery
- •2.Known pre-existing diabetes mellitus or under treatment with metformin;
- •3.Known case of Hypertension, thyroid disease, kidney disease, hepatic, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease before pregnancy
- •4.Use of medications that might affect Glucolipid metabolism
- •5.No acute infection in last 2 weeks
- •6.No antibiotics used in during pregnancy
