1) Diagnosed as per international society of hypertension
2) All stages of Essential hypertension
3) Essential hypertension with and without end organ complications
4) all genders
5) patient taking antihypertensive therapy with no changes in the drug regimen during the course of study
6) Patient without antihypertensive therapy
7) patient with controlled and uncontrolled hypertennsion
1) Pregnancy induced hypertension
2) Patient with secondary hypertension
3) Patient suffering with Cancer and other autoimmune disorders

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1) studying the prevalence of different stages of essential hypertension in enrolled sample size <br/ ><br>2) Studying the gender prevalence of Ess Hypertension in enrolled sample size <br/ ><br>3) Studying the prevalence of end organ complications of Ess hypertension in hypertensive population of calculated sample <br/ ><br>4) to study the effect of homoeopathic remedy in the controlling and reducing the high blood pressure and subjective distress. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: 1) BP measurement and subjective distress will be noted before starting with homoeopathic intervention (at baseline) <br/ ><br>2) After that BP measurement will be done weekly or fortnightly as per need of individual case <br/ ><br>3) to assess improvement modified Naranjo criteria will be applied at the beginning, and then every monthly.
