入选标准
- •1. Patients with radiographic evidence of at least one tooth with periapical bone defect(minimum size = 2.0 mm x 2.0 mm) and
- •2. A diagnosis of pulpal necrosis confirmed by negative response to cold and electric pulp tests.
排除标准
- •1Patients not willing to enroll for the study.
- •2Patients with less than 10 teeth remaining.
- •3Patients with periodontitis.
- •4Patients less than 18 years of age
- •5Patients taking any medication
- •6Patients who are pregnant, or systemically compromised.
