Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)implant site free from infection
- •2\) patient with unilateral and bilateral edentulous
- •3\) patient willing for treatment
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)patient with systemic diseases
- •2\) uncontrolled and active peridontal diseases
- •3\) history of local radiotherapy to head and neck region
- •4\) general and medical contraindications of surgery
