- •Male and female participants between the age of 18 and 45 years.
- •The presence of chronic ankle inversion injury.
排除标准
- •Participants with any contraindications to manipulative therapy.
- •Participants with any contraindications to tissue flossing.
- •Participants with any lower limb injuries, other than chronic ankle inversion injury, that would affect lower limb range of motion.
- •Participants that have had any previous major injury or trauma, other than chronic ankle inversion injury, that would affect lower limb range of motion.
- •Participants participating in any other research study involving the ankle.
