Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients with acute ,sub acute neck pain with radiating pain ( \<3month)
  • 2\.Patients with pain, paraesthesia or numbness in the upper extremity
  • 3\.3 of 4 tests of clinical prediction rule positive:
  • a.Spurling test
  • b.Distraction test
  • c.Upper\-Limb Tension Tests
  • d.Ipsilateral cervical rotation \<60

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Patients with chronic neck pain
  • 2\.Patients with vertibrobasilar insufficiency.
  • 3\.Patients with vertigo.
  • 4\.Patients diagnosed with neck pain due to other pathological causes such as cervical fracture, malignancy, infection.
  • 5\.Presence of any neurological , visceral or systemic disorders
  • 6\.Subjects having neurological signs such as Upper motor signs
