Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with acute ,sub acute neck pain with radiating pain ( \<3month)
- •2\.Patients with pain, paraesthesia or numbness in the upper extremity
- •3\.3 of 4 tests of clinical prediction rule positive:
- •a.Spurling test
- •b.Distraction test
- •c.Upper\-Limb Tension Tests
- •d.Ipsilateral cervical rotation \<60
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with chronic neck pain
- •2\.Patients with vertibrobasilar insufficiency.
- •3\.Patients with vertigo.
- •4\.Patients diagnosed with neck pain due to other pathological causes such as cervical fracture, malignancy, infection.
- •5\.Presence of any neurological , visceral or systemic disorders
- •6\.Subjects having neurological signs such as Upper motor signs
