Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with acute ,sub acute neck pain with radiating pain ( \<3month)
  • •2\.Patients with pain, paraesthesia or numbness in the upper extremity
  • •3\.3 of 4 tests of clinical prediction rule positive:
  • •a.Spurling test
  • •b.Distraction test
  • •c.Upper\-Limb Tension Tests
  • •d.Ipsilateral cervical rotation \<60

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with chronic neck pain
  • •2\.Patients with vertibrobasilar insufficiency.
  • •3\.Patients with vertigo.
  • •4\.Patients diagnosed with neck pain due to other pathological causes such as cervical fracture, malignancy, infection.
  • •5\.Presence of any neurological , visceral or systemic disorders
  • •6\.Subjects having neurological signs such as Upper motor signs
