- •1\.Patients with left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) \<35%,
- •2\.Patients requiring preoperative inotropic support
- •3\.Intra\-aortic balloon counter pulsation
- •4\.Emergency CABG
- •5\.Patients not willing to participate in study
