- •Presence of a mild or moderate depressive disorder according to ICD-10 diagnosis
- •-Written consent to participate
排除标准
- •-Presence of acute psychotic symptoms
- •-Presence of acute suicidal tendencies or self-endangerment, resulting in a direct need for treatment
- •-Presence of a severe intellectual disability that prevents participation
- •-Presence of an advanced and incurable illness
- •-Diagnosed bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
- •-Current participation in another treatment or intervention study
- •-Current use of a DiGA for the treatment of depressive disorders
- •-No capacity to consent
- •-Motor and sensory impairments that prevent the use of a smartphone
- •-Insufficient knowledge of German
