Inclusion Criteria
- •diagnosed cases of Rheumatoid Arthritis with active disease and under any DMARD therapy
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with history of \-
- •1\.Diabetes
- •2\.Renal Disease (due to cause other than RA)
- •3\.intra\-articular Cortisone injection within preceding 4 weeks of initial visit
- •4\.active or recent infection
- •5\. alcohol abuse, smoking
- •6\.chronic disease other than RA affecting the Joints
- •7\.Liver disease
- •8\.Pregnancy
- •9\. Breast feeding
